Chianti Classico - 2017 - Lamole Castle
The vineyard, from which the label takes its name, is located on the slopes of the historic Castle of the same name. This wine is produced from vineyards that are located at an altitude of between 500 and 550 meters above sea level, with an exposure that goes from South-West to North-West. The soils are made up of sand and silt, rich in skeleton resulting from the disintegration of the Chianti massif, with the presence of lenses of clay and schist (galestro). The training system used is the spurred cordon.
