Property of the Ministry of Agriculture, following the donation of Mr. Osiris in 1907, the Château La Tour Blanche not only has a vast vineyard with heterogeneous soil, but also a viticulture school. Far below its rank, the domain has been able to benefit, thanks to State funding, from a major modernization. This classified Cru produces a superb Sauternes with a fairly high level of spirits. The wine, however, is perfectly balanced by a superb freshness. The nose develops aromas of exotic fruits, candied lemon and honey. The palate is superb, elegant and precise. Over the years, the dress evolves towards old gold and then bronze, the nose develops aromas of spices such as saffron.
