Barolo "Serradenari" - 2020 - Renato Ratti
In 2019, the company began producing Barolo in Serradenari, in the highest part of La Morra, at almost 500 meters above sea level. The vines, 20-40 years old, facing south/southwest, benefit from the excellent exposure and higher altitude, allowing for a late harvest. The wine is more "nervous", maintaining the typical characteristics of La Morra. Garnet red color. Bouquet with notes of plum, violet and tobacco. Full flavor, with good tannicity and acidity.
