Nebbiolo d'Alba "Roccheri" - 2015 - Marchesi di Barolo
Nebbiolo is a versatile grape variety that extracts trace elements from the calcareous-clayey soils that enrich its structure, while from the sandy and silty soils it acquires fresh and fruity aromas. The result is a wine that combines body and elegance, with a perfect balance between fruitiness and fullness. It reaches its maturation plateau between 2 and 8 years. The harvest is done manually, followed by a vinification at a controlled temperature in thermo-conditioned tanks. The refinement takes place in small oak barrels, to then be assembled in larger barrels.
