Azienda Agricola Schiavenza is a Piedmontese winery located in Barolo, founded in 1956 in the renowned village of Serralunga d'Alba. The vineyards of Serralunga d'Alba are cultivated on clay and limestone slopes with south-east and west exposures. These vineyards are mainly planted with Nebbiolo and Dolcetto grapes. This Nebbiolo has a full and bright garnet color. Notes of red fruits, spicy tones, mineral nuances and licorice. Very clean in the mouth, the tannin attacks and then merges with the fruit notes. A sip of tradition and territory that enchants with its decisive and harmonious character.
