Barolo - 2020 - Negretti
This Barolo is a blend of family crus, produced from vineyards located in Roddi and La Morra. Composed of 100% Nebbiolo, it comes from marly, clay and sandy soils, with southern and south-eastern exposures. On the nose, it presents a complex balance of red and black fruits, physalis berries, notes of spices and face powder. On the palate, it is intriguing and frank, with elegant tannins and a mineral flavor that make it captivating. The vinification involves a 14-18 day fermentation on the skins in stainless steel, followed by a spontaneous malolactic fermentation. The aging takes place in French and Austrian oak.
