The Langhe, a historic Piedmont region located between the provinces of Cuneo and Asti, are characterized by a large hilly system bordered by the rivers Tanaro, Belbo, Bormida di Millesimo and Bormida di Spigno. This hilly territory has always been ideal for viticulture, thanks to the particular composition of the marly calcareous soil and the favorable climatic exposure. The soil and the climate are the two key elements that have created perfect hydrogeological conditions for the cultivation of the great Piedmontese vines such as Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo and Moscato.
