Tignanello - 1982 - Marchesi Antinori
Tenuta Tignanello, located in the heart of Chianti Classico, extends over 319 hectares, of which 130 are vineyards, between the Greve and Pesa valleys. Its two main vineyards, Tignanello and Solaia, are located on the same hill, characterized by soils of Pliocene origin with limestone and schist. The ideal climatic conditions, with warm days and cool nights, favor the growth of the vines. The vineyards produce the famous Solaia and Tignanello wines, considered among the most influential in the history of Italian wine. The varieties grown include the native Sangiovese, as well as Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
