Fidelis - 2014 - Taburno Winery
Cantina del Taburno is located in a little-known area of Campania, the Benevento area. It is part of the consortium of the Campania capital and with its 600ha of vineyards it constitutes an important point of reference for viticulture in the area but also for the economy. The cultivated lands have a marly, clayey and calcareous mixture. Fidelis is produced with only Aglianico harvested towards the end of October. The color is red with ruby reflections. The aroma is of red fruits, tobacco and pepper. The taste is soft with tannins well fused with spicy aromas.
