The native Lagrein variety finds the best conditions for the production of quality wines in the vineyards located on the slopes of the municipality of Bolzano. The Lagrein Sanct Valentin, which was born in 2000, matures for 12 months in small oak barrels, followed by a further 6 months in large barrels to make it more harmonious. With a robust character, on the palate it develops a powerful force corroborated by a well-conjugated acidity. A vigorous wine, with considerable aging potential.
