This grappa is obtained from Nebbiolo pomace from Barolo. It has a deep amber color. It rests for at least four years in small barrels. Its aroma is broad, rich and pronounced and has a hint of toasted vanilla. Warm, with considerable body, full character. It is distilled in a bain-marie.
