Chianti Classico Guado Alto is a company cru produced by Castello Vicchiomaggio, located in Greve in Chianti. Obtained with rigorous pruning that leads to lower yields, this wine represents a soft and rounded version of the vintage Chianti Classico. Classified as Chianti Classico DOCG, it is composed of Sangiovese. It has a lively ruby color and a bouquet of berries, tobacco leaves and a spicy touch of cloves. On the palate, it offers great enveloping and fruity intensity, with velvety tannins and a finish reminiscent of blueberry juice.
