Barolo DOCG is produced with 100% Nebbiolo grapes in the Barolo area (CN). The vineyards are located at an altitude of 292-480 meters above sea level, with clay and limestone soil. Maceration lasts 15 days, while vinification takes place in steel. The refinement includes 3 years in oak barrels and 1 year in the bottle. The wine has a garnet red color with purple reflections and has a dry, full, strong and harmonious taste.
