Barolo "Brunate" - 2019 - Boggione Claudio Farm
The winery located on the Brunate hill extends over 2 hectares, near renowned areas such as Cerequio and Zonchetta, in the municipality of Barolo. The vineyards are cultivated with manual and mechanical methods, respecting nature and using products with low environmental impact, without herbicides. The harvest takes place after a careful selection of the bunches and the pressing follows immediately to preserve the quality. The fermentation, natural and without added yeasts, lasts 15-20 days in steel tanks, with manual pumping over. The aging begins in Slavonian oak barrels and continues in French oak. The bottling, unfiltered, takes place one year before the sale, with refinement that lasts until the fourth year after the harvest.
