Barbera Conca Tre Pile comes from hillside vineyards in Bussia Soprana, with vines up to 45 years old. Manual harvesting takes place in the first week of October. Vinification takes place with maceration of the skins in steel tanks for 8-10 days, at temperatures between 24 and 26°C. The wine matures initially in steel and then in wood for several months, thus refining its structure and complexity
