Barbaresco "Paolin" by Cascina Luisin, produced since 1913, is a red wine of great finesse and elegance, made exclusively with Nebbiolo grapes grown in the municipality of Neive (CN). Rich, soft and well-structured on the palate, it releases intense fruity and spicy notes on the nose, the result of aging in wood. In the mouth it stands out for its elegance and refinement, with a long and persistent finish. On the nose, intense notes of ripe fruit emerge accompanied by spicy hints of black pepper, which derive from aging in wood.
