In the history of Greco, a variety that would have disappeared without the work of Antonio Mastroberardino, the Vignadangelo selection represents the culmination of a long research on the composition of the soils to best express this variety. Located in Santa Paolina, the vineyard has a south-east exposure and clayey-calcareous soil. At 400 meters above sea level, the cultivation is espalier with guyot pruning, density of 3,500 vines/ha and yield of 70 q/ha, equal to 2 kg/vine. The wine is straw yellow, with aromas of grapefruit, peach, pear and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is fresh, mineral, structured and elegant.
