A masterpiece by distiller Gioacchino Nannoni, from the dripping Sangiovese pomace of Pergole Torte. It is a grappa of great depth and softness, aged for four years in oak barrels. It is a product obtained by distillation with steam boilers from the dripping pomace of Sangiovese grapes from the harvest of the "Le Pergole Torte" vineyard, located at the Fattoria di Montevertine.
