Faugères is an Appellation d'origine contrôlée in the Languedoc-Roussillon wine region of France and takes its name from the town of Faugères, which is located 30 km north of Béziers, at the foot of the Massif Central, in the Hérault department. It is of a local classification within the Coteaux-du-Languedoc AOC.
