The vines of this Domaine D'en Segur Cuvee Germain are cultivated in a culturally reasonable way to protect the environment. The soil is plowed and the grass is natural. The vines are Guyot and spurred cordon pruned. They are opened, the leaves are thinned and the quality of the berries is concentrated with the green harvest.
