Castello della Sala is located in Umbria, near the border with Tuscany, about 18 kilometers from Orvieto. This medieval estate extends over 600 hectares, of which 200 are vineyards located between 220 and 470 meters above sea level, on the rolling hills of the beautiful Umbrian countryside. Castello della Sala is ideal for growing white grape varieties. The wine produced here is born from a careful selection of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. Conte della Vipera, named after the first owners of the castle, features a label with an illustration of the chapel of San Giovanni, a small chapel located on the estate.
