The Chianti Classico and IGT Toscana wines produced at Pensieri are the result of meticulous organic practices and a passion for this enchanting territory. In the hills of Chianti Classico, the vines are cultivated with the utmost respect for the environment, creating wines that reflect the authenticity of the soil. The goal is to transfer all of this into every glass, combining tradition, sustainability and winemaking quality. Organoleptic characteristics: intense ruby red color with purple reflections, notes of blackberry and undergrowth on the nose. On the palate it is enveloping, round and savory, with a vanilla finish and a pleasant acidic note.
