Chianti Classico Gran Selezione - 2019 - Tenuta di Lilliano
The Tuscan Chianti Classic Gran Selezione from Tenuta Lilliano is the product of vines grown on calcareous-clayey soils and is the result of the vinification of Colorino (5%), Merlot (5%) and Sangiovese (90%) grapes. This wine is made from hand-selected grapes that, after pressing, are fermented in small steel tanks at a controlled temperature, then once the wine reaches its alcoholic maturation, it is aged for a period of at least 15 months partly in a large barrel and partly in oak tonneux. After which, for a minimum period of 6 months, the refinement phase in the bottle follows.
