The clayey-calcareous soils of Rignana, enriched by Galestro, favor the qualitative development of the vines, positively influencing the organoleptic profile of the wines. Over the years, plants and clones ideal for these conditions have been selected, including both native varieties such as Sangiovese and Canaiolo, and international vines such as Cabernet Franc and Merlot. The wines produced reflect the typicality of the Panzano territory, characterized by depth and a high aging potential. The Chianti Classico DOCG Bio Fattoria Rignana stands out for its intense ruby red color, aromas of fruit and violet, soft and fresh tannins, with a good flavor in the finish.
