Château Haut Saint-Pey is located in Blasimon, an old medieval bastide dating back to 1322. It has 40 hectares of vineyards, within these vineyards different grape varieties have been planted to offer the wines of this property unique flavors. Therefore, this vintage is composed of 65% Merlot, for its softness and finesse, and 35% Cabernet Sauvignon for its balance and aging potential.
