DOUBLE FERMENTATION - RIPASSO: 1964 - 2004: 40 years since the first Campofiorin harvest. This Masi specialty, obtained by refermenting red wine from fresh Veronese grapes with a percentage of the same semi-dried grapes, eminently encapsulates the values of the Verona lands: the excellence of the area, the personality of the native grapes and the originality of Masi's drying and double fermentation techniques. The wine marries simplicity and graceful strength and majesty. Rich, rounded and velvety, it is suitable for medium/long aging.
