Romitorio di Santedame is a limited-production Grand Selection from Castellina in Chianti that celebrates a rich history and looks forward to a bright future. This wine comes from a single vineyard located in the "Conca d'Oro" of Chianti Classico and is made from an exclusive blend of Sangiovese and Colorino. Colorino, a native Tuscan grape variety, had almost disappeared but was recovered through intensive research and promotion efforts.
