The La Traiana winery, which owes its name to Emperor Trajan, through organic culture and in an area of almost 130 hectares, produces Pian del Pazzo wine with only Cabernet grapes. After resting in barriques for a year and a half it is ruby red in color. Hints of vanilla and red fruits accompany a soft and elegant taste.
