A masterpiece by distiller Gioacchino Nannoni, from the dripping pomace of Sangiovese from Pergole Torte. It is a grappa of great thickness and smoothness, aged four years in oak kegs. It is a product obtained by distillation with steam cauldrons from the dripping pomace of Sangiovese grapes from the harvest of "Le Pergole Torte" vineyard, located at the Montevertine Farm.
