Grappa di Barolo - 2013 - Marolo
This grappa is made from the pomace of Nebbiolo da Barolo. It has a deep amber color. It rests for at least four years in small barrels. Its aroma is broad, rich and pronounced and has hints of toasted vanilla. Warm, full-bodied, with full character. It is distilled in a bain-marie.
