Dindarello - 2005 - Maculan
The vineyard is located in the best areas of Veneto, ideal for this variety. The vines are grown on volcanic and tuffaceous hills, which give the soil unique characteristics. The preparation of the wine begins with the drying of the grapes for about a month in fruit lofts, followed by fermentation in steel vats. Subsequently, the wine is aged for three months in bottles. This process produces a sweet wine with extraordinary aromas of honey and flowers, typical of the variety. On the palate, the wine is sweet, very fresh, balanced and very persistent, offering a unique and satisfying sensory experience.
