Chianti Classico Calcinaia comes from an excellent winery La San Fabiano, offering gems on the top lines but making a strong case for itself on its flagship product. This Chianti Classico is a typical representation of the Chianti wine territory. In the glass it is a deep, concentrated ruby red color. Aromas of cherry, plum, herbs, pepper, rosemary, smoky and earthy in order of appearance. Balsamic note in the finish the sweetness of wood, medium acidity. Wine round and soft tannin for the vintage.
