Chianti Classico "Ora" - 2015 - Savignola Paolina
A harmonious and elegant wine. The fruit of vineyards characterized by the best exposure and careful hand selection of grapes, it is aged for 14 months in large oak barrels in the Paolina tradition, then resting in the bottle for a minimum of 2 years. Intense ruby red color, deep and inviting. The nose intrigues with an aroma of ripe cherry mixed with a warm note of pepper that anticipates the tasting. A full-bodied wine that envelops and fills the palate, enlivens it with ripe, rich tannins and gladdens it with a spicy, lingering finish.
