Barolo DOCG è prodotto con uve Nebbiolo 100% nell'area di Barolo (CN). I vigneti si trovano a un'altitudine di 292-480 metri sul livello del mare, con un terreno argilloso e calcareo. La macerazione dura 15 giorni, mentre la vinificazione avviene in acciaio. L'affinamento prevede 3 anni in botti di rovere e 1 anno in bottiglia. Il vino ha un colore rosso granato con riflessi violacei e presenta un gusto secco, pieno, forte e armonico.
