Coppo is an Italian wine producer based in the Piedmont town of Canelli. The estate's underground cellars date back to the 18th century and extend deep beneath the hill of Canelli, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. These "underground cathedrals" house a wide range of wines from the main northern Italian varietals and Piedmont's most important wine regions. Coppo's vineyards cover about 52 hectares of land, mainly in southern Piedmont, Monferrato.
