Alcamo Bianco - 2009 - Firriato
Alcamo Bianco is a blend of Sicilian grapes composed of 85% Cataratto and 15% Inzolia. We are located in Agro di Calatafimi between the provinces of Palermo and Trapani at 400 m above sea level on a medium-textured soil tending to clay. This goblet is amazing on the nose reminiscent of acacia honey, Inzolia has evolved very well over time leaving an aromatic in the mouth that makes it very pleasant and easy to pair with excellent raw fish dishes.
