Château Peyrabon ist ein Cru Bourgeois-Weinproduzent am linken Ufer von Bordeaux. Ungewöhnlich ist, dass es Weinberge sowohl im Haut-Médoc als auch in Pauillac gibt. Ein Trio von Rotweinen wird aus Cabernet Sauvignon hergestellt, unterstützt von Merlot, Petit Verdot und Cabernet Franc. Der Weinberg Haut-Médoc des Château Peyrabon besteht aus Kies-, Lehm-, Sand- und Kalksteinböden mit durchschnittlich 25 Jahre alten Reben. Das betreffende Château produziert zwei Cuvées: die erste unter der Herkunftsbezeichnung Haut-Médoc und die zweite, La Fleur Peyrabon, stammt von 4 Hektar, die in der Herkunftsbezeichnung Pauillac ausgewählt wurden. Fleur Peyrabon hat im Allgemeinen einen festen und gut strukturierten Körper; In der Nase zeigt er Noten von eleganten Früchten, die sich im Laufe der Jahre gut entwickeln und auch die Tannine glätten.
