Speri Viticoltori ist ein familiengeführtes Weingut in der Weinregion Valpolicella Classico in Norditalien. Mit einer Geschichte, die bis in den Anfang des 19. Jahrhunderts zurückreicht, ist es für seine hochwertigen Weine bekannt, die überwiegend aus den einheimischen Valpolicella-Sorten Corvina, Rondinella und Molinara stammen, aber auch auf die weniger bekannten Sorten Oseleta, Rossanella und Pelara zurückgreifen und Cabrosina für seine Weine. Die Weinberge des Weinguts sind auf etwa 60 Hektar Land in der Region Valpolicella Classico gepflanzt. Die Reben befinden sich in einigen der renommiertesten Terroirs dieser Region, rund um bemerkenswerte Dörfer wie Fumane, Marano und Negrar. Der Flaggschiffwein des Weinguts ist der Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG - eine Valpolicella-Mischung aus 70 Prozent Corvina und Corvinone, weiteren 25 Prozent Rondinella und 5 Prozent Molinara. Der Einzellagenwein wird aus handgeernteten Trauben im 19 Hektar großen Weinberg Sant'Urbano in den Fumane-Hügeln hergestellt (der auch Früchte für den Wein Valpolicella Classico Superiore Sant'Urbano des Weinguts liefert).
